Recently remodeled, this amazing vacation rental home is located in the exclusive residential area of Conchas Chinas Puerto Vallarta approximately 1.5 kilometers south of the Puerto Vallarta’s Historic Center. To get to the beach, it is necessary to walk only a few blocks down hill. This vacation villa is ideal for small groups. The bedrooms are located on the first floor. The first floor also includes the living room, which opens to the pool and a large veranda. The covering along the villa is what gives the holiday house its name, Villa Veranda. Natural materials such as stoned tile for floors and ceilings, elegant furniture and bedding with linen, fine finishes, original pieces of art and antiques combine with pieces of modern design, which gives a contemporary ambience to this classic Mexican villa. The kitchen, living room, dining room, a half bath, the media room and two bedrooms are located on the lower level.  The bedrooms are exquisitely decorated and are equipped with private bathrooms. The Master Suite occupies the top floor.

The vacation rental property comes with:
• 3 bedrooms with air conditioning, all of them with view of the Ocean, private baths and terrace
• The rent includes daily maid service as well as partial kitchen service (breakfast only) except for Sundays and holydays.
• The extra food service has an additional charge of 50 US Dollars. The cost for food and drinks are not included.
