Located just south of the Dreams Hotel (ex Camino Real) and less than two miles from downtown, Villa Ventura is one of the few luxury residences with a semi private beach in Puerto Vallarta. It is a three level villa and it is distinguished for its beauty, high ceilings with large beams, clay tiles, 20 foot high domed ceilings in the kitchen, chimneys, antiques, and original art works. The principal level contains the  living room, the dining room, a terrace, one bedroom with one king size bed and views of the patio. The second floor contains a covered pool, palapa and bar, bedroom 2 with two twin beds, views of the patio, bedroom 3 with king size bed and views of the ocean, and bedroom 4 with two matrimonial beds and Ocean views. The lower floor contains bedroom 5 with two double size beds plus a studio with day beds. All the bedrooms come with air conditioning and ceiling fans.
