Villa Palmasola is a complex with eleven beautifully designed dwellings distributed like a town on a surface area of 23,220 square feet in a Punta Mita subdivision. This is truly an exceptional place that will exceed your expectations. The complex has a three bedroom main residence, another guest villa with four bedrooms and two apartments in the garden that can easily accommodate three to four families or nine couples. Its fine finishings and luxury details as well as its impeccable beach and beautiful tropical landscapes make Villa Palmasola a top class complex, promising its guests a very special experience.
Main Residence El Sol:
The bedroom on the top floor has a king size bed, separate studio and a terrace. The studio on the second floor has a meeting area and is equipped with a TV and DVD player, stereo and wireless Internet. There is a Jacuzzi on the terrace, a romantic table for two people and a private daybed. On the main floor you will find two bedrooms, each of them with two double beds, the living area, a breakfast bar, a small kitchen and a massage room. One of the bedrooms with bathroom is suitable for wheelchairs. On the roof you will find a private terrace with a daybed that has a canopy.
Guest Residence: On the top floor you will find a living area with breakfast bar and kitchen, located between the two bedrooms. Both have king size beds. One of the bedrooms has a folding bed for children. The terrace also has an outdoor shower. The lower floor has another living area with breakfast bar and kitchen between the two bedrooms equipped with king size beds. One of the bedrooms has a sofa-bed for children, the other has ample space for a cot for example.
Garden apartments: They are spacious and beautifully equipped and offer an amazing view of the tropical landscape. The apartment named “El Viento” has a king size bed as well as a sofa and a love seat. “El Cielo” features two queen size beds and two twin sofas. Both apartments are large enough to add an individual bed for another child. The apartments share an elevated patio with living room set and table.
Palapa with kitchen: The kitchen is designed and equipped to be used by both professional chefs and enthusiasts (Sub-Zero and Viking equipment); it has a pizza oven, barbecue, and bar with a view of the pool. It is the perfect place for enjoying some Palmasola style margaritas.
In Palmasola, we invite our guests to experience the many options that this place has to offer for enjoying the most delicious dinners. We can only mention a few because the options are too numerous:
The main palapa is a formal dining area for up to 14 people. Its elegant mirrors ensure that everyone has a wonderful view. On the roof terrace there is enough space for 16 diners. For intimate and romantic dinners we recommend the beach palapa for two to four people.
Groups of any size can be accommodated on the beach– whether it’s for a formal meeting or having a few drinks after dinner next to the bonfire in the main palapa which, of course, is the favorite place for formal dinners or cocktails.
The double sunbeds in the pool area invite you to relax, sunbathe or admire the beautiful surrounds.
Living area/Media room: Here, our guests will find the most modern audiovisual system: a projection screen on the wall, DVD player, VHS player and satellite TV with integrated DVD player in the children’s seats, a sound system with DC, iPod dock, music channels, PC with iTunes with the capacity for more than 6000 pieces of music.
The complex’s meeting center has speakers, all types of board games like cards, backgammon and chess, among others. It also has a space for football.
Services: The services Palmasola provides to its distinguished guests are of the highest level: our full time staff is at your service, from the General Director and their assistant to butlers on the day and night shifts, drivers, chefs for breakfast, lunch and dinner, nannies, housekeepers and gardeners. English-speaking nannies are available on request for an additional fee; laundry and ironing services are available.
Transportation: Transport from/to the airport (separate transportation of luggage is available). Transportation to places outside Punta Mita is available on request. The complex has two golf carts for use in Punta Mita.
