This sumptuous mansion is located in the Punta Mita development, in the sub-division known as Four Seasons Private Villas, just a few steps away from the exceptional Four Seasons Resort Hotel. The Villa offers you an impressive view of the Pacific, nearby islands and green landscape of the neighboring Four Seasons Resort. Located on the side of a mountain, it offers maximum privacy while enjoying a beautiful view and the gentle sea breeze. The Villa has an interior surface area of 3440 square feet with air conditioning and another nearly 2800 feet outside. The private entrance, through an antique handcrafted wooden door, brings you to the atrium with its impressive water fountain. On just one floor the house has four bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms. Fully furnished and decorated with the most sophisticated modern design, light and neutral colors prevail. The air conditioning system is centrally operated. The floors are made of stone with fossilized shells and marble, the doors and window frames are red cedar. All of the bedrooms have a sea view. Both the living and dining areas have access to the terrace which is fully furnished. The pergola is made with round sequoia beams, which gives it a very special atmosphere. The villa is equipped with a Bose Lifestyle 2 entertainment system with interior and exterior speakers. The gourmet kitchen has granite bars and made to measure maple cabinets, a Subzero fridge/freezer and a double Viking gas stove. Its utensils and devices are stainless steel – it is an exceptional place to prepare delicious dinners in. The two elegant master suites have a sea view and two dressing rooms and bathrooms equipped with 27 inch TV/DVD players. The ceramic tiles, stone floors and wooden cabinets give the bathrooms a particularly cozy feel. Outside, there is a hot water infinity pool decorated with venetian tiles and a jacuzzi. The well-covered terraces and patio areas offer beautiful places in which you can sunbathe, read, take a nap or dine outdoors.

The rent of the villa includes the use of the Four Seasons Resort tennis courts and access to the residents’ private beach, as well as daily maid service. For an additional fee, guests can purchase unlimited access to hotel facilities like the spa and gym, entertainment, Kid’s club, restaurants and 24 hour room service. As an extra cost, villa guests have the right to special rates for the use of the Jack Nicklaus Golf Course.
