Located right across from the famous arches (the islands located just off the coast southern Puerto Vallarta), Villa Las Peñas is only 15 minutes from Puerto Vallarta’s downtown. Designed by a well known Mexican architect; the modern architecture of this villa is distinguished by its clear lines and large windows that go from the bottom to the top of its open spaces. The fabrics of happy colors are contrasted with the white walls made of stucco. Every detail adds to the fresh feel of this house which is surrounded by beautiful tropical gardens.

Las Peñas and its neighboring villas, such as Marilú and San Sebastián, create a magnificent complex for large groups, at the same time respecting the individual space and privacy of each guest. About 300 feet north, you will find a small sandy beach with access only down a rocky path. Mismaloya beach is located about a half mile to the south. Mismaloya is the principal departure point for excursions such as sport fishing, diving, snorkeling, and water sports. Mismaloya is an authentic small Mexican town with a popular beach, boutiques and restaurants.
