This amazing holiday home is located on the foot of the mountain just above the Romantic District and just a few steps from the famous neighborhood Playa los Muertos with its art galleries, cafes and the vibrant night live.

Thanks to the open area concept the living room, dining and game room area is just gorgeous, with a gourmet kitchen that opens to the spacious terrace with pool. Its guests enjoy the marvelous view from every angle. Highlighted by its exquisite architectonical details such as the waterfalls, tile, folding windows and hand crafted stone walls along with the ethnic contemporary art work pieces create a sophisticated tropical ambience. The principal bedroom uses the whole third floor with a sitting area, luxury bathroom with art crafted tiling and a Jacuzzi under a brick dome. From the terrace above the principal bedroom, you can enjoy an impressive 360 degree view. The vacation villa comes with two guest rooms on the principal level and a fourth bedroom on the level below. The fifth bedroom was recently added and is located right outside the principal level. A private palapa covered terrace and the hammock are located right outside the second bedroom.

The vacation rental property comes with:
• 5 bedrooms with air conditioning and ceiling fans – the rate for 4 bedrooms applies to eight guests or less.  The guests have the right to choose between the five that they want to use

• Satellite TV, DVD, stereo system with an IPod docking speaker system
• Wireless internet
• Experienced staff provides daily cleaning and partial cooking service, except Sundays and holidays.   The cooking service is only available for breakfast and the service for dinner comes with an extra charge.

• In case of renting the house including the fifth bedroom the limit for occupancy is raised to 10 guests
