This beautiful vacation retreat commands magnificent views of the Pacific Ocean and is situated in the exclusive area of Lower Conchas Chinas. It is a large oceanfront property, comprising thirteen thousand square feet, and features two separate holiday lodgings. The main residence of this unique vacation rental is multi-level, has eight bedrooms, and is surrounded by lush, tropical gardens. It has a spacious living room with comfortable seating, an expansive outside terrace area with a gorgeous palapa right next to the ocean, a charming heated pool, and a sundeck that offers some of the most incredible ocean views.  The second lodging, the delightful ‘casita’, has three bedrooms, a kitchen, and its very own swimming pool and palapa. Both villas are attractively decorated and furnished, have all modern conveniences, and enjoy gorgeous views of the Bay of Banderas. 

 

Between the two accommodations there are a total of eleven bedrooms, comfortably accommodating up to twenty-one guests. In total there are seven king-size beds, three queen-size beds, and one single bed. Surprising as it may seem, every bedroom has its own private bathroom and air-conditioning. The master bedroom is large enough to have two separate sleeping areas, a sitting area, a full bar and can be completely closed off from the rest of the villa for extra privacy. The dining and living areas enjoy the most wonderful ocean views through a wall of glass sliding doors which lead out to a charming balcony. The kitchen is full-equipped and has an attractive brick-domed ceiling.  For those moments when you want to relax indoors and have some downtime we have cable TV, DVD, and high-speed Internet.

 

The service offered at this exquisite holiday home is also first class.  There is a maid service everyday, our marvelous chef is on hand to prepare breakfast and either lunch or dinner for you on a daily basis (food and drinks not included), and a caretaker is also on hand to make sure that everything is running smoothly.
