This spacious vacation villa of 6500 square feet is perfect for large groups and families (up to two kids under 4 years old are free). The holiday house offers many private areas and from the large terraces the view of the south side of Bandera’s Bay is magnificent. The famous Los Arcos, the natural rocky formation just off the coast of Puerto Vallarta, is also visible. Casa Aventura is one of the classic villas built in the sophisticated neighborhood of Conchas Chinas in the golden era of the 70s, when the Port attracted international movie stars. A natural rock walled, brick domed private stairway leads to the three independent bedrooms.

All of the bedrooms on the principal bedroom open to the pool area. The Master suites are located on the upper level, two on the principal level; three bedrooms are located on the lower level. Casa Aventura offers several entertainment areas and living rooms, including an independent common area and kitchen for the bedrooms on the lower level. Casa Aventura is located on the upper side of Conchas Chinas approximately 1 mile south of Puerto Vallarta´s downtown. It is only one or two blocks from the second entrance to upper Conchas Chinas, where the taxis and buses are available. To get to the beach you have to take the Mismaloya´s road. Please ask for our special rates for 10 people or less – Casa Aventura offers rates for three to five bedrooms.
