La Villita is one of the few vacation villas with more than 10000 square feet and 10 bedrooms that exist in Puerto Vallarta. This vacation rental home is located just a few steps from the beautiful beach of the prestige neighborhood of Conchas Chinas and less than one mile from the historic center of Puerto Vallarta. This spacious holiday house comes with six levels and several interior living rooms and outdoors as well. The large terrace on the roof offers a spectacular view overlooking the Bay. Each level comes with its own terrace with areas for entertainment to celebrate reunions or relaxing. This vacation villa is perfect for family reunions, corporate events or large groups that require of a lot of space. The pool is very private and shows a beautiful sunbathing area, outdoors dining area, living room and water fall.

• The bedrooms 8 – and 10 come with small kitchen
• 7 bedrooms with air conditioning
• There is space for up to 20 guests
• The 10th bedroom has a fold up bed with a futon
• Allowing 23 guests to sleep comfortably using the fold up bed and futon

• Full staff including: cooking service twice a day except Sundays and Holidays, food and drinks and tips are not included
