The vacation home itself is a second floor apartment, equipped with everything you might need. It has air conditioning throughout, two king size beds with the finest linens, a large screen television with cable and DVD, a stereo system, wireless Internet and a telephone service offering free calls to the US and Canada as well as local calls. The kitchen is fully equipped, there is a washer and dryer, and parking is just outside. Included in your rental is a weekly maid service. Should you require a more frequent service it can be arranged through the Casa de Dante. The complex of Selva Romantica offers a fully-equipped gym with the most up-to-date equipment, twenty-four hour security, a gorgeous palapa alongside the pool and a bar you can swim right up to, as well as the attentive and efficient service of our excellent staff. If you’d like something extra in the pampering department there are massages, manicures, pedicures, waxing and other treatments and services available upon request. We can also organize tours and sight-seeing for you if you are looking to get out there and discover some of the local attractions.

The great thing about the location of this wonderful vacation condo is that while it is an oasis of tranquility, at the same time it is so convenient for enjoying local amenities and activities. You can stroll down the road and you’ll find cafés, bars, restaurants, elegant stores, clubs and, of course, the beach. On foot the beach ‘Los Muertos’ is five minutes away, downtown is ten minutes away, the old quarter is just a couple of minutes. The renowned Blue Chairs Beach is just five minutes away. Everything is nearby – banks, grocery stores, Internet cafés – even the Malecon is just fifteen minutes away. Of course, this makes it much easier to find facilities for your favorite activities, or for activities you’ve never tried before but had been waiting for this kind of opportunity to give it a go. On dry land there is easy access to golf, tennis, cycling and hiking (not to mention just sun-bathing on the beach!).
