Casa Lupita is a very charming villa located in a complex of seven houses in Colonia La Madera, just one block from Playa La Madera and only a ten-minute walk from downtown Zihuatanejo and the famous Playa La Ropa. The area is very tranquil and is a lovely, relaxing environment. The house is constructed on three levels, with three air-conditioned bedrooms, and can accommodate up to eight people. The ground level has two bedrooms with double beds, a full bathroom, and opens onto the common area where the pool, wading pool and garden are located. The second level is occupied by the living room, a fully-equipped modern kitchen, a half-bath and parking for one car. The third level is dedicated to the private master bedroom with king size bed, air conditioning, dressing room, bathroom, jacuzzi and terrace. The house also has ceiling fans and cable television to ensure comfort and convenience. The rental cost of Casa Lupita includes maid service Monday through Saturday. Children are welcome, however no pets are allowed.
