Villa Elena is a duplex located in the heart of the residencial area of the "Palma Real" Golf Course at Paseo de las Golondrinas #159, Planta Baja, Ixtapa, Guerrero, Mexico.This beautiful villa stands out for its warm Mexican style architecture and construction combining wood, palm thatch and other materials found in the region. The villa has two spacious connecting suites with glass doors that completely open to the patio. The well appointed suites are decorated in turquoise blue and mauve pink. Both are air conditioned and have two ceiling fans each. The Blue Suite is furnished with a Kingsize bed and is completed with a single sofa bed and chaise lounge in the connecting living area. The spacious Pink Suite is has two double beds and lots of living area. Both suites have private baths with hot water and dressing areas. Television is available and the suites open directly to the patio with the pool and palapa. The palapa also has a full bath and two ceiling fans to keep it comfortable on the warmest days.The pool is completely cleaned and sanitized every third day. The Lobby - Palapa is furnished with a spacious and comfortable living area and a dining area for 8  all furnished in a style typical of the region. From the palapa you enter directly to the bar area of the large and well appointed kitchen - breakfast nook. The kitchen is equipped with all necessary appliances and utensils.
