Luxury Vacation Rental Villa Ixtapa Bay

This beautiful vacation home sits on a mountain and enjoys fantastic views of the ocean and the islands just off-shore. It is a haven of tranquility, the ideal spot for resting and relaxing. The villa has four bedrooms; three are master bedrooms and the other has two beds. All the bedrooms have air-conditioning and each has a private terrace looking out over the ocean and islands.  There are gorgeous dining and living areas, both indoors and outdoors. The swimming pool measures thirty-six feet in length, and has a sun deck, an extra bar and a barbecue nearby. There is twenty-four hour security and surveillance. There is a separate breakfast area in the kitchen, which also has a terrace, a guest bathroom and a laundry room.  Other amenities include a television and DVD player, a broadband Internet connection, and a stereo system.

There is also a first-class chef who comes with the villa. He can prepare both international and Mexican dishes. We have an extensive and mouth-watering menu, which covers breakfast, antipasti (lunch), soups, salads, vegetable dishes, pasta dishes, sandwiches, fish, chicken, meat, desserts, and drinks (both alcoholic and non-alcoholic). We think that the sheer length and variety of the menu will satisfy almost any palate. However, should you have your own special food request please just let us know and we will find the ingredients and cook it up for you. The chef’s wife and her assistant provide cleaning services and set and serve the table every day.

The villa is only one block from the funicular which goes down to the beach at Ixtapa. From there it is only five minutes to Ixtapa and ten minutes to Zihautanejo, in both places you can find a marina, a central market, top-class restaurants, and night clubs. When you have had enough of rest and relaxation there are plenty of things to do here. Apart from simply enjoying Ixtapa beach, there are also golf courses and tennis courts, a health club, bicycle rentals, scuba diving, snorkeling, sailing, deep-sea fishing and parasailing. The views are unbeatable, the tranquility divine, the food magnificent, and the weather is fine. What more could you ask for from a vacation villa?
