How to inquire.
As booking early is always the best policy,
you can make your reservation as soon as you decide by
telephone fax or by completing the form by e-mail.Once you
have inquired you will receive a response within 24hrs from
a specialized agent to confirm the availability and rates
for the property of your choice.
Whatīs next? Once you dates have been confirmed as available
and you are ready to confirm your reservation we will
forward a rental agreement and the instructions for payments.
Payment terms are 50% of the total rental charge plus the
security deposit and the balance due payment 20 days prior
to arrival.A security deposit is required for all
reservations in order to guarantee the cost of any possible
damage or long distance calls charged to the property during
your stay. Security deposits are refundable up to 10 days
after departing the property.
Rates
Rates are for the rental of the entire
property; sometimes a reduced rate can apply for a villa or
condo depending on the number of bedrooms required (restrictions
apply).For example: if you request 1 or 2 bedrooms (2-4
people) a special rate can be offered. Therefore it is very
important that you submit the correct number of guests
including the number of children and their ages at the time
of making your reservation.
Vacation
Seasons
There are generally two different vacation
seasons low and high with the exception of the two weeks
corresponding to the holiday season (Christmas and New
Yearīs). Low Season: is from April 15th to December 14thHigh
Season is from December 15th to April 14th Christmas and New
Yearīs December 20th to January 3rd
Minimum
stay
The minimum stay at a property is of 2-3
nights on regular seasons; nevertheless restrictions apply
on Christmas and special holidays.During Christmas and New
Yearīs season there is a 10 night stay as minimum
requirement.In case that there is a reservation with less
nights than the requisite for the holiday Season there is a
possibility of matching reservations to complete the minimum
nights required.

Example
A villa is
released the morning of December 25th; and another
reservation comes in December 25th but in the afternoon
obviously with reference to the check in and out times
specified in the rental agreement. Services offered at the
villaEach villa provides personalized staff composed off a
cook, waiter and a chambermaid; who will take care of your
every wish during your stay. Please note that condominiums
only provide chambermaid service (additional staff can be
hired separately for an extra cost). We do not provide the
service of pre-stocking a home; nevertheless you have two
options for grocery shopping .One option would be to send
the villa staff to purchase all the food on your behalf and
present you with a receipt with the estimate of cost for
food and transportation. The second option is that you go
shopping for yourself and get a better perspective of what
he food cost is in Acapulco.In Acapulco there are many large
and well known grocery stores including Wal-Mart, Samīs
Club, Comercial Mexicana and Costo among others.
