How to inquire? Planning your next vacation, business trip or social events is now easier through Villa Experience Mexico. You can request information by filling out the form directly through our website, contact us by telephone or by sending an e-mail to: info@villaexperiencemexico.com. Once you have made your request you will receive a response from our automated system an agent will contact you within the following 24 hrs. Please note that applications submitted on Saturday or Sunday can be answered until the following Monday.
I want to confirm my dates, what is the next step? Once you have decided on your travel dates and have chosen the condominium, house or villa for your stay, you will receive a lease specifying terms and conditions of your reservation as well as payment instructions. The contract will be sent via email and you must return a signed copy along with a copy of your ID or passport. Rental agreements must be signed 2-3 days following your confirmation.
What is the percentage that I have to deposit to ensure my stay? To confirm your reservation a signed contract is required along with a deposit of 50%, and the balance remaining will be paid for 30-60 days prior to your arrival. For reservations confirmed within 30-60 days minimum of the arrival date you will required to pay the total of al services. Please verify all details with your agent.
Are there additional charges to the rent? All rentals are subject to a booking fee of $ 35 USD and a security deposit to secure any possible damages during your stay. The amount requested as a security deposit ranges from $ 300 USD to the equivalent of a one night stay. The amount will vary according to the property rate or specific requirements of the property administration. The security deposit will refunded 7 business days after leaving the property or once it is conformed that there was no damage.
Rates: The rates apply for the rental of the entire property; sometimes a special rate may apply for a smaller number of rooms. Please note that rates are subject to change without previous notice.
Occupancy: The occupancy of all properties is based on 2 guests per room, for example: A house of 5 rooms will have a maximum occupancy of 10 guests including children of any age. Additional guests will only be admitted with written authorization of Villa Experience and may be subject to an additional fee. It is very important that you specify the number of adults as the number of children and their ages when you inquire for a rental.
Seasons: Usually there are 2 seasons "high and low" or holidays like Easter, Christmas and New Year. The seasons can vary depending on the destination, please consult with your agent when making your request.
Minimum stay: Minimum stay is 2-3 nights during regular seasons and Easter holidays, Christmas and New Year a 7 night minimum stay is required. The minimum stay may vary depending on the property.
Availability: The availability of the property is not guaranteed until we receive the signed contract and payment.
