Villa La Roca is a three bedroom, three bathroom sea front home. Located in the exclusive community of Puerto Aventuras, it is the ideal starting point to go on a dream vacation in the Riviera Maya. Casa la Roca was the first house built in Puerto Aventuras, even before the town of the same name existed. The house stands out not only for its location but also for its beautiful architecture and decoration: its works of art, its murals painted by local artists, its handcrafts and colors bring out the tropical Mexican environment. It also has a cozy independent guest house. There is space to accommodate eight people.

The main seafront bedroom has a king size bed and is beautifully decorated. Cream and blue dominate in this room which opens out onto a spacious terrace – the perfect place to stargaze. The main bathroom has a double headed shower and a bench to relax on. The studio also offers a stunning sea view – here you can choose between two twin beds or a king size. The bathroom features stunning blue and white handmade tiles. The sea view can also be enjoyed from the room called El Pueblo, which stands out for its colorful mural of a typical Mexican town. The guest bungalow has a small living room and kitchenette. It has an African theme decoration, the whole house is painted like a safari tent; pull back the curtains to reveal a giraffe reaching for the top of a tree. The sitting room features a herd of elephants in the distance.

Enjoy the spectacular view of the Caribbean Sea from the swimming pool and private terraces, or walk just a few meters to arrive at the natural pool closet o the house. At a short distance you will also find beach – check the map and general information page. The other pool is located ten minutes away in the Omni Hotel. You can go for a walk around the marina and look at the dolphins, or go snorkeling or fishing – all only a few steps away from the house. Or simply enjoy the sea breeze and the incredible atmosphere of the Mexican Caribbean. Villa La Roca is located only one hour away from Cancun and half an hour from Akumal and Playa del Carmen, where the ferry sales from to the beautiful Cozumel Island; all of the attractions are a short distance away, whether it’s the legendary Mayan city of Cobá or the eco-tourism parks Xcaret and Xel-Ha. You can go on excursions to Chichén Itzá and Tulum, swim and snorkel in cenotes, visit the Sian Ka’an Biosphere Reserve, a World Heritage Site, go on fabulous natural adventures while rappelling and horse riding… or simply go shopping.
