Villa Mimak is a paradise within the paradise that is Playa del Carmen: located just 90 meters from the sea and hidden in the jungle, this Mediterranean style house stands out for its sophisticated architecture stretching out over seven different levels, with extra large doors, wooden window frames, marble floors and other natural materials such as bamboo and palm roofs, blending into its surroundings perfectly. From wherever you are in this villa you can appreciate the lush vegetation of the jungle.   

Decorated with an exquisite combination of high quality rattan and mahogany furniture, tropical plants and handcrafts, Villa Mimak offers an extraordinarily peaceful and serene environment, and a truly exclusive level of privacy. It is the perfect house for executives and famous members of society who are looking to spend their days off and vacations in a very exclusive and private place with all of the amenities worthy of the most sophisticated and discerning travelers. The house features five bedrooms and five and a half bathrooms, a stunning living room, an elegant dining room for ten to twelve people, and a fully equipped gourmet kitchen. The distribution of the spaces stands out: next to the living room there is a dressing room, and up the stairs and through the corridor you arrive at the main bedroom, which has a marble bathroom with an extra large jacuzzi, two bathtubs and a balcony. On the same level there is a guest bedroom with a balcony that has a fantastic view of the jungle.

Here, you have the sensation of sleeping in the jungle. A few steps up and you arrive at another bedroom with a view of the jungle, swimming pool and, behind the trees, the tennis court. From the balcony you can go up the stairs to a lookout with a palapa, which has a spectacular view of the Caribbean Sea and the island of Cozumel. The house has air conditioning and ceiling fans throughout, satellite TV in each bedroom, a sound system, telephone and high speed wireless Internet. Going out of the living room through a beautiful glass and mahogany door, you arrive at a stunning covered outdoor area. Going down some more stairs and crossing another terrace, you arrive at a bungalow that is completely independent from the main house, with its own entrance and palm-roofed terrace. It has a beautiful room with a view of the jungle, the private pool and the terrace, a sofa-bed for two adults, microwave, fridge and other kitchen utensils, a shower and a set of drawers in the private palapa area. There is a marble bathroom and a single bed on the top floor.

In an adjacent garden, our guests will find a tennis court and another bigger pool with a palapa shared by the 13 houses making up the complex. For celebrities we can arrange for additional security, if required, even though it is not necessary as the complex is very safe and exclusive. We can also offer the services of a nanny and a butler.  Only a few steps away from the house there is a world class spa that offers luxury packages based on daily rates. Rent includes maid and gardening services, cleaning three times per week, bottles of water and ice made of purified water, as well as 24 hour security. Children are welcome; no pets allowed.
