This marvelous beachfront vacation villa is one of the very few from where you can enjoy both sunrises and sunsets over water. Its location at the north point of Tankah Bay enhances the view, and the fact that it’s the tallest villa on the bay puts it head and shoulders above the rest as far as great views are concerned. Tankah bay has the good fortune of having Tulum just a few miles to the south.  This archeological wonder of Mayan civilization next to the sea attracts visitors from all over the world. Meanwhile Cancun is a convenient ninety miles to the north. This holiday home is a little bit special in that the house is raised above the surrounding gardens so that the first floor is the second level and the second floor is the third level. The pool is on the second level overlooking the Caribbean Sea. There is a gas barbecue grill in the pool area. On the third level there is an open living, dining and kitchen area, and a veranda with a palapa roof – ideal for relaxing and kicking back with a good book. The villa has four master suites, two on the second level by the pool and two on the third level next to the living room.  

 

This spacious vacation villa is able to accommodate twelve guests. Both downstairs bedrooms have a king-size bed and a twin bed, while upstairs one bedroom has a king-size bed and the other has two queen-size beds. The bedrooms are air conditioned and there are ceiling fans throughout. The living room has satellite television, DVD player, and CD/MP3 player. The villa also has a free wireless internet connection. On the rooftop there is a deck with shade, hammocks and couches. Outside you have the beach, the pool, plenty of comfortable outdoor seating, an outdoor shower and some great snorkeling for which we provide snorkels and fins. There are countless other activities if you are feeling energetic, like offshore sport fishing or a few rounds on the Riviera Maya Golf Course. If you are in more of a mood for relaxation, massage services and yoga instruction are available on request. From Monday through Saturday there is a maid service and a cook service, though groceries are not included, apart from the drinks and snacks when you arrive. Villa Luminosa means sun, light, sea, beach, relaxation and great views. It also provides great service, luxury accommodations, and a lovely location. It is the ideal spot for the perfect tropical vacation!
