Hacienda Kass is a wonderful and luxurious beachfront villa which offers central air conditioning, a 15'x20 'infinity pool, and large balconies with spectacular views of the Caribbean, not to mention a rooftop terrace from where you can see for miles! The massive front door, itself a masterpiece in tropical Cobá wood and wrought iron, opens onto the spacious main floor that includes a sunken living room, an intimate dining room and a gourmet kitchen.

Located between the living room and kitchen is the beautiful wooden dining table that comfortably seats up to ten. The lights of the 16-foot-high vaulted boveda style ceilings also provide a great ambience, while the impressive kitchen boasts industrial-sized kitchen appliances, including a stainless steel refrigerator, six burner stove / oven, dishwasher and a full complement of accessories, including a cold water dispenser with purified water. It is sure to meet the needs of the most discerning chef. Included in the rental cost are the services of our full-time English-speaking chef who will plan, shop and create three gourmet meals per day (food costs extra). The site manager is there to satisfy any need you may have and will assist you in planning day trips, arrangement of the spa services or even shopping for something particular that you may fancy!

The main floor living room is very tastefully furnished with formal couches and leather chairs, and a wooden coffee table, which is custom made or hand carved in Mexico. Hacienda Kass’ central air-conditioning and Rocco marble floors on the first floor ensure a cool and comfortable environment, while the many elegant chandeliers will light your way through the villa. Wooden sculptures and remarkable artwork from around the world complete the villa’s exquisite decor. Enjoy satellite TV or the DVD player in the lounge, while the Bose stereo surround sound system transmits music throughout the first floor as well as to the pool area. The combination of formal and traditional decor, with the finest amenities, offers the perfect combination for those looking for a vacation destination with style, functionality and comfort.

Hacienda Kass has five air-conditioned spacious bedrooms, of which four are actually suites. Each has an ensuite bathroom, lots of closet space, private access to either a patio on the main level, or a balcony with sea view. The third floor bedroom opens onto the extraordinary rooftop terrace of the house. For added security, four of the bedrooms also provide a safe for valuables.

The main floor bedroom offers a sitting area with a leather recliner as well as a luxurious king-size bed. The bathroom has a very large closet, double marble sinks, a toilet, bidet, and a tiled shower tastefully done in natural colors and boasts a beautiful ocean view. This bedroom also has convenient direct access to the pool.

The second and third floor suites are decorated with charming Spanish talavera tiles in vibrant tropical colors, and the entire front of the villa on the second floor of the villa has three balconies overlooking the surrounding forest.


The second floor bedroom suite has a queen size Spanish-style sleigh bed. The bathroom has matching turquoise Talavera double basins, a private toilet and a tile shower also has a magnificent ocean view. On one side, the bedroom opens onto the shared terrace with its magnificent views of the Caribbean. The other side opens onto a large balcony with a spectacular view of the forest.

The third floor bedroom has a seating area with leather loungers and a magnificent wooden four-poster king-size bed. This uppermost bedroom has a wrought iron candelabra chandelier, a magnificent antique wooden armoire, a king-size bed and private access to the observation terrace on the roof. This is a wonderfully private suite as it is the only one on this level. The bathroom has double sinks finished in cobalt blue talavera tiles, a private bath and bidet, and shower with a beautiful ocean view. The large terrace facing the sea is perfect for relaxing or enjoying a wonderful massage. There are also plenty of comfortable seats and hammocks on the balconies.

The staircase to the third floor leads to a bathroom with beautiful mosaics and shower. This bathroom serves the guests staying on this level as well as those who come up to enjoy the view from the rooftop terrace. From the highest point in Soliman Bay, the roof top terrace offers stunning views over the bay, the sea and the vast forest. The built-in seating and queen size loungers with comfortable cushions are perfect for relaxing in the sun by day, soaking in the sunrise or sunset at twilight, or stargazing at night. It is also an ideal place to enjoy a refreshing cocktail served from the well appointed bar, with sink and refrigerator, in the covered foyer area of the terrace. The inviting 15 'x 20' swimming pool has a spectacular Greek aqueduct-style waterfall that spills into the infinite blue of the custom designed pool. Your privacy is ensured as the property borders vacant lots on both sides, bordered with a beautiful stone wall, lush vegetation and beautiful gardens surrounding the pool area. There is also an ample supply of chaise lounges on the beach and around the pool.

The poolside patio offers a shady area with hammocks and plenty of comfortable seating, and also features a large round glass dining table with a huge tree trunk base which can seat up to 10 for sumptuous barbecued meals cooked on the stainless steel gas grill. A beautiful bathhouse, with the same attention to fine finishes as in the main house, include marble floors, cobalt blue tiles, and a separate shower and toilet, is an extra convenience for  swimmers and sunbathers alike. Also, between the pool and the ocean, another outdoor shower is provided to rinse off and refresh yourself. Soliman Bay has some of the best snorkeling, swimming and white sandy beaches in the entire Mayan Riviera.
