As you enter the courtyard you will see the raised palapa, framed by a tropical garden and a series of columns. Four healing massages and two exfoliating treatments await you. Lie back and relax while you listen to calming music or the sound of the ocean. Following your massage and wraps you will be treated to an exquisite chicken dish named Pollo Pibil. All this pampering is at no extra cost, it comes with the rental of this delightful beachfront holiday home. Your experience of harmonious living is enhanced by the specially designed art and architecture surrounding you. The Mayan designs complement the atmosphere of peace and healing. The architect drew on ideas from ancient sites such as Chichen Itza, Palenque and Uxmal and placed his creation within a grid system designed to optimize the sense of balance and harmony.  This vacation home is a result of almost thirty years of discovery at Mayan sites by the owner, and reflects his love of the region.  

Lush tropical gardens, gentle sea breezes and a generous living space make this the ideal location to live the real feeling of the Riviera Maya. The five thousand square feet of this enchanting vacation rental encase materials and artifacts from many different places. The marble floors, of white and silver hues, hail from Durango. The furniture and cabinets, custom built in mahogany, are from Honduras. The photographs around the walls were transferred to canvas and depict ancient sites of the Olmecs and Mayans. The crystal blocks, lending an art deco style and reflecting colors of sky and sea, made their way here from Miami. The villa boasts many of these crystal blocks and integrates them into the columns at the entrance and back patio area. The Palace of Palenque was the inspiration for the arches found upstairs, and they are just one example of the ‘magic’ touches you’ll find here. The light reflected off the arches and the central patio at night give them both a unique, charming glow.

Upstairs there is an enormous master suite with a spacious bathroom. While relaxing in the bathtub you can enjoy a gorgeous view of the sea. If you prefer a more open-air cleansing there is a lovely shower in the garden.  The master suite has a large balcony from where you can revel in unsurpassable views of the aquamarine Caribbean Sea. The second upstairs bedroom has a private bathroom and a small balcony overlooking the garden, from where you can enjoy the sunset. The third upstairs bedroom has twin beds and a couple of futons. Downstairs you will find the living room, dining room, kitchen, an extra bathroom, and two more bedrooms, each of which has its own private bathroom. One of these downstairs bedrooms has beautiful ocean views and, in fact, leads straight out onto the seashore.  The other downstairs bedroom has its own entrance from the garden area, offering added tranquility and security. Also downstairs you can relax in the tropical garden swaying in a hammock under the palapa. This beautiful beachfront vacation villa offers so much!
