The magnificent location of Villa Tortugas Residence, allows you to enjoy the nearby areas of Playa del Carmen and Tulum which are just 20 minutes away. Or if you prefer, you can go shopping on Playa del Carmen’s famous Fifth Avenue, visitnational parks or the mystical sites the Mayan civilization. Included with the Villa Tortugas Residence rental, we provide free transportation to the beach in the morning and evening. We also provide your transportation to the airport, with capacity for large groups as well. Happy Season:

High Season:
December 15, 2009 to January 1, $ 115USD per night, extra bed $ 35

Happy Season
From 8 January to February 8, $ 75USD per night, extra bed $ 25

High season:
From 9 February to April 30, $ 85USD per night, extra bed $ 35


If you prefer, you can rent our studios for $ 850USD per month, except December.
Special price per week $ 390USD until  November 15,

Prices include all applicable charges
A minimum stay of 2 nights required
Children  from 0-3 years of age stay free
In case of cancellation up to 30 days before the reservation date, we will refund only 50% of the paid deposit.
In case of hurricane, flooding or evacuation, only 50% of the deposit paid will be reimbursed (we highly recommend that you buy a travel insurance, doing so from your home country).
