Condominium Via 38 Malibu Playa del Carmen

Condo Malibu is situated on the exclusive vacation residence of Via 38 in Playa del Carmen.  Its central location is a distinct advantage, lying between the popular and lively Fifth Avenue and the gorgeous Caribbean waters and sands whose beauty have made the Riviera Maya so famous.  Just minutes from the beach and Mamita’s Beach Club this lovely condo rental is also just steps away from the shops, restaurants, and nightlife that abound in exciting Playa del Carmen.  This attractive penthouse apartment has two bedrooms and two bathrooms, a fully-equipped kitchen, living and dining areas, a terrace looking out onto the pool, air-conditioning, ceiling fans, satellite TV, DVD, and a maid service.  There is a king-size bed in one bedroom and two queen-size beds in the other.  The spacious terrace facing the pool has two sofas on which you can just sit back and relax and soak up the wonderful weather and peaceful atmosphere of a tropical vacation paradise.

The beautiful, eighty-three foot pool is surrounded by palm trees, neat gardens, lounge chairs, sun shades, as well as a couple of cool pool-side Jacuzzis.  If you are in the mood for working out there is an on-site, fully-equipped gym. When you’re done with relaxing and are looking for an activity other than swimming in the pool, working out, shopping in great stores and dining in fine restaurants, there are plenty of other activities you can get stuck into.  The beautiful beach and Caribbean Sea are right here!  Apart from swimming, there is snorkeling, scuba diving, fishing trips, and boat rentals.  On dry land you can do yoga, have a spa treatment, play golf or go horseback riding.  If you are looking for something a little less physical you might like to take a Spanish class, or if you are looking for something a little more adventurous you can go cavern diving in the waters of the cenotes , and you can even go sky diving.

If you were thinking more along the lines of excursions, there is plenty in that department too.  Just a ferry trip away across the water is the beautiful resort of Cozumel; you can make it a water-borne day trip.  Playa del Carmen is situated just about half way between Cancun and Tulum.  You can go north and check out the crazy, spectacular, party town of Cancun or go south and discover the fascinating Mayan archeological site overlooking the tranquil beach at Tulum.  Or you can visit both on separate days, one on a Jekyll day and the other on a Hyde day.  Meanwhile, literally just down the road from Playa del Carmen there is the wonderful Mayan eco-theme park of Xcaret; google it and it will make your mouth water.  There are just so many things to do and see around here, sometimes it’s difficult to know where to start.  If you are willing to go a little further afield there are other beautiful Mayan archeological sites in the region, such as Coba and Chichen Itza.

As you can see there is a bit of everything in and around Via 38 the fabulous holiday penthouse Malibu.  Sun, sea, and surf await you.  Meanwhile the comfort and convenience of being in an attractive resort area like Playa del Carmen certainly adds a little spice you wouldn’t find in more isolated locations; shopping, dining, and clubs are on your doorstep.  There is such a variety of different things and kinds of things to do that you will be spoiled for choice on your perfect Caribbean vacation getaway.
