The main floor includes a beautiful modern kitchen, complete with all new appliances such as full-size stove and oven, full sie refrigerator, microwave and even an automatic washer and dryer in the laundry area. The living and dining room areas are very comfortably furnished  and create a relaxing atmosphere where you can enjoy the wide screen television with satellite connection, and DVD whenever you please. From the living room you can walk out onto your private balcony and look over the central garden and inviting pool below. On this floor you will also find two bedrooms, the master having a king size bed and full ensuite bathroom.

The second bedroom is furnished with 2 single beds in a bright blue décor with colorful touches of Mexico, and also an ensuite bathroom. On the upper level, you can enjoy a charcoal grilled meal from your own barbeque and dine at the umbrella covered table in the shade, or  at night while taking in the lights of Playa del Carmen. There is also the 3rd bedroom furnished in the same tasteful style, with a double bed for extra guests if needed. Peregrina 302C is wonderfully situated close to all the desirable attractions that Playa del Carmen has to offer you. Just a short walk away, there are supermarkets, Walmart, fine restaurants and boutiques, and of course the irresistible beach and Caribbean Sea awaiting you. If renting a car, we offer private parking space when you return from exploring all the fascinating historical sites close by, such as the Mayan ruins at Tulum, Akumal, and eco-tourist destinations like Xel-ha, or Xcaret . The Yucatan peninsula is yours to discover! We provide 24-hour security for your peace of mind, weekly maid service and we are also pleased to offer options such as private chef service, and airport transportation upon request.
